And we get that sometimes plans and priorities change. While we're sad to see you go, we understand.
We take your training and development seriously and want to make sure we've explored all options to support you in reaching your goals.
You've invested time, energy and money into your training. We couldn't live with ourselves if we just let you walk away without exploring all the options for your musical journey.
You may prefer one of these options:
- Continue as a member and just let us know (with 24hrs notice) you'll need to miss class and you'll get a makeup credit to use in the future.
- Change your lesson date and time to accommodate your new schedule
- Explore a new instrument (voice, piano, guitar, songwriting)
- Change to onsite or virtual lessons
- Transition to a different membership with different features.
- Explore working with a new teacher
If you choose to end your membership and decide later to return, we would love it.
Please be advised that:
- a new registration fee will be required
- tuition will be at the current new member rate (which will likely be more than you are currently investing), and
- we cannot guarantee your current teacher will have an opening.
If you choose to cancel your membership, complete this form on or before the 5th of the month and that month will be your last month.
For example, if you want October to be your last month, complete this form on or before October 5th.
There are no refunds and memberships cannot be paused.
You can expect a tuition installment for the final month of membership and are required to pay this balance.
An exit interview may be required.
